TIME TO KILL

“There were a lot of sleepless nights. From conception to completion, I'd say it took 200 hours or so, over the course of a month. Majority of it is acrylic paint. Heavy body gel was used on the clouds and the Mario brick path. Many individual pieces were cut out to create depth. The face, tongue, arm, and PS3 were cut from another hardboard panel and glued on the painting surface. There are also smaller pieces made that are detachable. The Mario blocks, the giant black DS stylus, the NES controller, the Mario pipe filled with handhelds, the music notes and the car (it's actually based on the Camaro used in the Transformer movie for Bumblebee) are all detachable (velcroed). I'll give you a list of all references used later. I kinda want the viewers to find out as much detail as they can on their own.
